Illuminate Colorado has reserved a block of condos for conference attendees at a group rate, but you are responsible for booking your own lodging.


    • Please note that you are not required to stay at these accommodations.
    • Accommodations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and not guaranteed.
    • The group rate is available until August 14, 2024.

How To Reserve Your Lodging

  • You can make your reservation by phone or online using the instructions below.
  • Once you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If your organization is tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt information via a link in your lodging reservation confirmation email.

    Reserve Online

    • Make your reservation online.
    • Please ensure you select the dates you will need overnight lodging. The website automatically shows booking rates for September 1-9. You will need to determine which nights you will need accommodations and select those dates during the reservation process.
    • Online reservations may take up to 24 hours to be entered into the system.

    Where will the conference take place?

    The conference will be held at the Keystone Conference Center (633 Tennis Club Rd, Dillon, CO 80435).

    Is lodging included with my registration fee?

    Lodging is not included with your registration fee, but a variety of lodging options are available at a group rate. 

    What are the lodging options?

    There are condominiums with various room options (one bedroom, two bedrooms, etc.) available at a group rate. Learn more and make your reservation.

    Is there parking at the convention center?

    Yes, there is ample parking at no charge for conference attendees at the convention center. For those whose condo is not within walking distance of the convention center, there is a free shuttle if you don’t want to drive. Information will be provided closer to the conference.

    My organization is tax-exempt. How do I get the tax removed from my lodging reservation?

    When you reserve your lodging, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to submit your tax-exempt information via a link in that lodging reservation confirmation email.

    Can I book outside of the group rate block?

    If you are planning to use state or federal funds to book outside of the negotiated lodging at the group rate while at the conference, please check with your organization or grant manager first.

    Will the conference be available virtually?

    The conference will not be available in a virtual or hybrid format.

    What meals will be provided at the conference?

    The following meals will be provided:

    • Wednesday, September 4: Lunch
    • Thursday, September 5: Breakfast, Lunch
    • Friday, September 6: Breakfast, Lunch

    When you register, you will be able to indicate whether you need vegetarian meals, vegan meals, or have a food allergy so that we can accommodate dietary restrictions.

    What is the schedule for each day?

    • Wednesday, September 4: Sessions will begin in the mid-morning, around 10am, and will finish around 4pm. Lunch will be provided.
    • Thursday, September 5: Sessions will begin in the morning, around 9am, and will finish around 4pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
    • Friday, September 6: Sessions will begin in the morning, around 9am, and will finish in the early afternoon. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
